 Dr.
Anthony Leonards grew up in Sarasota and graduated from Riverview High School in 1993. In 1995 he graduated from Manatee Community College with his Associate of Arts degree. From there he transferred to the University of Florida in Gainesville and earned his Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Chemistry in 1998.
Dr. Leonards attended the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2002. After a year in private practice in New Port Richey Florida, he and his wife Dawn decided to move to the Sarasota area where he joined Family Dentistree in 2003. They live in Sarasota Florida with their three sons. Dr. Leonards
has been a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Florida Dental
Association since 2002. He has advanced training in Intravenous Sedation and maintains a current conscious sedation permit with the State of Florida. He also holds an advanced cardiac life support certification.
