Intra-Oral Camera
A picture is worth a thousand words—especially in dentistry. Family Dentistree utilizes an intra-oral camera to take highly-magnified digital images of your teeth. These photos can be displayed on a computer screen, visible to both the dental team and you, our patient. Intra-oral images are invaluable in diagnosing and recording dental problems.
Digital Radiography
Digital radiography (x-rays) is the latest way to take and evaluate x-rays. With digital x-rays, less radiation is needed to produce high-quality images. These images can then be evaluated on a large flat-screen monitor. This allows for easier detection of any problems. With such a large image, it is also easier for patients to see and understand what is happening with their teeth.
Invisalign
Invisalign is a virtually invisible way to straighten your teeth without braces. In fact, no one will know you're wearing them unless you tell. By using a series of clear removable aligners, Invisalign straightens you teeth right before your eyes. Change them about every two weeks and your teeth will move - little by little - toward the smile you have always wanted.
Invisalign is comfortable to wear and it doesn't require you to change your busy lifestyle. You visit your dentist every month or two to check your progression and get new aligners. Average treatment time is only about a year. Because aligners are removable, you can continue to eat your favorite foods while brushing and flossing normally to keep your teeth and gums healthy.

Casey Dental Education
Whether you're learning about implants or good oral hygiene, CAESY’s interactive programming and 3D animation help make the topic easier to grasp and the information more memorable. The CAESY patient education system also lets you digest the information at your own pace – right in the comfort of our well-appointed clinic.
Nitrous-(Laughing Gas)
Relax. Our Laughing Gas System accurately dispenses the right mix of nitrous oxide and oxygen to quickly put you at ease. If you're anxious about visiting the dentist, or have a child who may feel intimidated about being in the dentist’s chair, nitrous oxide sedation can make the experience more comfortable and reassuring.
Dental Laser
Dental Lasers help us treat conditions in the mouth using light energy. The laser is very selective, penetrating to a specific depth in the particular kind of tissue we want to treat. The light beam sculpts and cauterizes the area at the same time, which can reduce healing time. This very precisely treats only the desired area, while leaving healthy gums, bone, and tooth structure untouched.
At Family Dentistree, we use dental lasers for a number of procedures including:
- Removing or reshaping excess gum during crown lengthening procedures
- Removing inflamed gum tissues and reduce the amount of bacteria within a periodontal pocket
- Managing gum tissue during impressions for crowns
- Reducing the discomfort of canker and cold sores
- Perform biopsy procedures
Lasers can be a welcome tool to help you get a bright, healthy smile.
